A new blog after two months of vacation which I gave myself as a gift to enjoy with my kids as my daughter too had her school vacations going on. 😀

Barley dosas with Sambarpalli leaves chutney. These dosas don't contain rice like regular dosas yet comes out exactly the same in texture and taste. Also, they are so delicious that my kids eat more dosas than usual when I make it. A nutrition filled breakfast combination. ❤️
